Existing customers are provided with a unique number they can call, depending on their Service Level Agreement. Calls cost the same as a normal landline, even from mobiles.


Platinum Support

Our Platinum package includes access to an IT Engineer 24-hours-a-day, 365 days-a-year. We typically provide an on-site engineer within one hour between 0700 and 2200 and within two hours at any other time. 


Gold Support

Our Gold package includes telephone access to an IT Engineer 24-hours-a-day, 365 days-a-year. We usually provide an on-site engineer the next business day.


Silver Support

Our Silver package includes extended hours access to an IT Engineer via the telephone, typically from 8am to 8pm, 360 days-a-year. 


Bronze Support

Our basic package is provided between 9am and 5pm on normal business days. No cover is provided at weekends or on public holidays.
